These terms govern your use of basic-greens.com and purchases made through this website, subject to applicable law.

Use of the store

Prices and payments

Shipping and fulfillment
We use Amazon fulfillment services to help ship orders. Purchases through basic-greens.com remain purchases from BASIC GREENS, even when Amazon or its delivery partners handle the parcel. Delivery options, destinations, and charges depend on the order and available service.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Third-party services and links
Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Payment, fulfillment, and other services may be provided by third parties. Links to Amazon or other websites may lead to separate services with their own terms. A purchase made on a separate marketplace may follow that marketplace's transaction process. This does not remove our responsibilities for orders placed on our website.

Our branding, product photographs, text, and other website materials are owned by us or used with permission where applicable. You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful reference. These terms do not grant a license to use our trademarks or reproduce our materials commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
