Shipping within the United States
BASIC GREENS ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Available shipping options depend on your delivery address and are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
We submit your order to Amazon for fulfillment within 1–2 business days after receiving your order and payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
This processing period covers the time needed to submit your fulfillment request. It is not a promise that your package will ship or arrive within 1–2 business days.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Our products are stored and fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfillment network. After we submit your order, Amazon handles picking, packing, and shipment. Delivery may be completed by Amazon or another carrier.
The total time to receive your order includes our processing time, Amazon’s fulfillment time, and carrier transit time. Delivery speed depends on the shipping service selected, inventory availability, your location, and carrier conditions.
Please review any estimated delivery date displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation. If no estimate is available and you need an item by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Prime Delivery
Prime delivery benefits apply only when a Prime-eligible purchase option is offered and used for your order. The delivery estimate and benefits displayed for that order govern the service provided.
An Amazon Prime membership alone does not automatically provide faster or free shipping for a standard order placed on basic-greens.com. We do not guarantee one-day or two-day delivery unless that service is expressly offered for your specific order.
For purchases placed directly on Amazon.com, refer to the delivery options and estimated arrival date shown by Amazon.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free or promotional shipping applies only when expressly offered for your order.
Please review the delivery address, shipping method, and order total before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers or delivery dates.
Shipping Delays
Fulfillment and delivery may be affected by high order volumes, inventory issues, severe weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
If we cannot meet an applicable shipment commitment, we will notify you and provide the option to accept a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Although Amazon handles fulfillment, BASIC GREENS remains your point of contact for delivery assistance with orders placed on our website.
Address Changes and Cancellations
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, email support@basic-greens.com as soon as possible.
Once an order enters fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel it. If shipment cannot be stopped, we will explain the available next steps. This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable law.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact support@basic-greens.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the product and packaging are helpful when available.
Do not use a product with a damaged or missing safety seal.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, check the delivery location and any carrier delivery details, then contact us for assistance. We will help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Returns
Please contact BASIC GREENS before returning any item. Do not send products to an Amazon fulfillment center or the address printed on your package unless we provide specific return instructions.
