BASIC GREENS is operated by Innerglow Naturals LLC. Our store offers B12, two distinct B Complex liquids, Vitamin C, D3 + K2, L-Arginine formulas, Hair, Skin & Nails capsules, and an herbal liquid blend.
Clear information for each formula
Our product pages identify labeled serving amounts, ingredients, bottle or capsule counts, and relevant formula differences. Supplement Facts photos are available in the product galleries. Use the current bottle label for directions and warnings; contact us with a label photo if you have a question.
For example, Vitamin C lists 200 mg per 2 mL serving, while 6,000 mg describes the total in the single bottle. Our two B Complex liquids have different nutrient amounts and ingredient lists. The guides below explain these comparisons.
Website orders and shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Website orders are submitted to Amazon for fulfillment within 1–2 business days after order and payment confirmation. Amazon fulfillment and carrier delivery take additional time. Shipping options, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown for your order at checkout.
Amazon fulfillment does not automatically make a standard website order eligible for Prime benefits. See our full shipping policy for details.
Our one-year money-back guarantee
All BASIC GREENS purchases include a one-year money-back guarantee. Opened supplements are not excluded. Contact us before returning a product: we may approve a refund or replacement without a physical return. When we require a return covered by the guarantee, we provide a prepaid label or arrange it at our expense.
For satisfaction returns, the product purchase price is refundable; original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered items, the affected shipping charges are refunded. Read the complete return and refund policy.
