B12 drops focus on one B vitamin, while the B Complex formulas contain six listed B vitamins. BASIC GREENS B12 provides 5,000 mcg methylcobalamin per 1 mL serving. The two B Complex formulas list 30 mcg and 500 mcg B12 per serving respectively.
